On Monday night, Planned Parenthood Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight. Carlson asked Laguens if she could define whether or not a fetus is different from a woman, compared to a tumor or other growth that could be surgically removed, for example.

Laguens didn't really have a straight answer.
