Here's his speech:

Rumors of the Bush campaign winding down operations began swirling on Thursday. It was reported that today, Saturday, was the last day that campaign staffers would be getting paid.

In September, Bush promised his supporters that they could "take it to the bank" that he would win South Carolina. Obviously, this didn't pan out.

There are five candidates remaining for the Republican nomination: Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Gov. John Kasich, and Dr. Ben Carson.
