The elephant in the room was addressed about a half hour into the sixth GOP debate, when moderator Neil Cavuto asked Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to address concerns that he's not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as president. Cruz was born in Canada, to an American mother, while his parents were working in Calgary.
