As promised, Donald Trump has released a report about his health on his website.
I am proud to share this report, written by the highly respected Dr. Jacob Bornstein of Lenox Hill Hospital, stating that I am in excellent health. I am fortunate to have been blessed with great genes --- both of my parents had very long and productive lives. I have truly enjoyed working on the campaign trail with one objective in mind, to Make America Great Again! People have been impressed by my stamina, but to me it has been easy because I am truly doing something that I love. Our country will soon be better and stronger than ever before. – Donald J. Trump
The actual report contains quite a few interesting lines, including:
“Mr. Trump has had a recent complete medical examination that showed only positive results. Actually, his blood pressure, 110/65, and laboratory test results were astonishingly excellent.”
and
“If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”
As many people pointed out, Trump's doctor, Harold N. Borstein, M.D., F.A.C.G., writes a lot like the candidate.
My God. Trump’s doctor sounds a lot like Trump.

Donald Trump’s doctor speaks like Donald Trump. https://t.co/MUJ83EPNdt

this definitely sounds legit and not at all like a fanfic Donald Trump would write about himself https://t.co/AzvH0PaRDp

Huh, Trump's physician examined all the elected presidents. That's some GP.
He even talks like Donald! Uncanny.

There's no way The Donald did not write this himself. https://t.co/ptncBb1sNk

And The Federalist's Sean Davis made an excellent point: the extraordinarily healthy man was medically deferred from the draft.
Worth noting that Trump claimed he was medically unable to serve in the military after he was drafted https://t.co/Q6cjX1poIX

EDIT: As some have pointed out, the man Trump claims wrote the report, Dr. Jacob Bornstein of Lenox Hill Hospital, died in 2010. The report was written by Harold Bornstein, Jacob's son.
