Aww: Foster Kids Given Adoption Papers for Christmas

According to parents Sarah and Michael Perks, the couple received word that the adoptions had been finalized a mere two days before Christmas--just in time to wrap up the papers and stick them under the tree. The three children had been living with the Perks family for nearly six years before the adoptions were made official. The Perks have four other children under the age of 17 in addition to Corbin, Kierra, and Damien.

Michael told People that one year later, his family is still going strong and that Corbin, Kierra, and Damien have adjusted extremely well, saying that his daughters are "inseparable."
