Defeated Rep.Steve Driehaus is trying to sue the Susan B. Anthony List for "loss of livelihood" and defamation after Ohio voters kicked him to the curb for supporting taxpayer-funded abortion in ObamaCare.

This has got to be a joke -- even the ACLU is supporting the SBA List.  

Chalk two up for Driehaus: After apparently forgetting the right to life in his zeal to pass ObamaCare, he's now forgotten about the right to free speech enshrined in the US Constitution.
