he name of Chris Kennedy is being mentioned as a contender for the Illinois seat.

It's not clear exactly how any Democrats would deem either of them more qualified than the senior elected officials in Illinois and New York, but you have to give it to the Democrats: For a bunch of people who insist they're all about supporting the "common man," they sure love their royal families.
