Barack Obama has chosen to extol Lily Ledbetter as a pay equity pioneer (specious, for reasons I noted here)-- and talks a lot about pay equity between men and women. 

Of course, he'd be better positioned to do so if the women in his employ in his Senate office didn't make 83 cents on the dollar for every man, as Deroy Murdock notes in National Review.
