Joe Biden was a defensive choice by Barack, aimed at simply shoring up his own weaknesses rather than -- like a Tim Kaine, for example -- helping Barack push into red states.

That being said, it's worth noting that Karl Rove mentioned earlier today on Fox News that Biden might have an exaggeration problem.  He then mentioned something about what Biden said about his trip to Tuzla -- and Biden's tendency to portray his conversations with The White House in terms that weren't altogether accurate.

Anyone got the Tuzla statement?  Could he have had a Hillary-like sniper fire moment, too?
