Republican Tom Tiffany on Tuesday won his special election for Wisconsin's 7th Congressional District, which encompasses the northern part of the Badger State. The seat was previously held by Rep. Sean Duffy (R) who announced his retirement last fall when his wife, Rachel Campos-Duffy, gave birth to their daughter, Valentina, and it was revealed she would need open heart surgery.
