These are the docs Rs don't want you to see—because they show that Judge Kavanaugh wrongly believes that Native Hawaiian programs are Constitutionally questionable. I defy anyone reading this to be able to conclude that it should be deemed confidential in any way, shape, or form. pic.twitter.com/yj31vDNGia

BREAKING: SenBooker says he knows he is violating Senate rules by releasing a sensitive email in #Kavanaugh hearing. Booker calls it civil disobedience and is prepared to get kicked out of the Senate. SenCornyn asks him to reconsider "irresponsible conduct unbecoming a Sen"

Booker really gunning to release these confidential Kavanaugh documents. Sen.Cornyn knows what's up with this though:
Sen. @CoryBooker: "I'm knowingly violating the rules. Sen Cornyn has called me out for it. I'm saying right now that I'm releasing committee confidential documents."

Democrats complaining about document releases...again, they don't support Kavanaugh. Why should Senate GOP entertain this ploy, which is only to delay and hopefully sink Kavanaugh's nomination; Democrats are hoping the 2018 midterms could increase the chances for the latter.
This hearing will move forward. Democrats should realize they've lost the ballgame here.
