Former Sen. Rick Santorum, who was Pennsylvania's junior senator for 12 years before losing to Sen. Bob Casey Jr. in 2006, would get 16 percent of the vote if the election were held today, compared to 21 percent for Romney and 11 percent for former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who has not officially entered the race. None of the other seven declared or likely candidates would get more than 8 percent, the poll found.
