Romney seizes on economic angst in pre-debate Web video

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's (R) campaign launched a video Monday seizing on President Obama's characterization of last month's jobless numbers as a "bump in the road" to economic recovery.

The video, featuring dramatic music and visuals, comes before a highly-anticipated presidential debate on Monday evening in New Hampshire. It includes a variety of Romney supporters repeating, "I'm an American, not a bump in the road."

"There are always going to be bumps on the road to recovery," Obama explained in his appearance earlier this month in Toledo. He was speaking about setbacks and the importance of investing in economy, including the auto industry, to pave a road to recovery.
