What I Saw At Our Southern Border

Those in charge of our country are not interested in you or your grievances.

They’re interested in one thing: fundamentally transforming this country and all but guaranteeing the demise of western civilization. The shifting demographic of this nation will ensure that the United States of America as we know it will disappear. Millions have invaded our country, possessing no allegiance to this nation or its history and as people with little in common are forced to live together, not even speaking the same language, cultural clashes will ensue.

Our government has ceased to perform its most basic function and we have simply been too lazy to notice or even care. The total stand down at our border is symbolic of what is happening in the rest of the country. The border, our nation’s debt, the fracturing of our culture, and the decline in living standards are all tied together. One trip to the border and you understand that the defund the police movement is simply an extension of the policy implemented at our borders.

As the United States begins to resemble Latin America more and more, I decided it was time to run for Congress in Nevada. This country is too great to lose. Those of us who have lived in other countries recognize how unique and precious America is. She is full of opportunity, upward social mobility, equal treatment under the law, and freedom, so much so that people give up everything to be able to come here. But today our country is moving towards something unrecognizable, something it isn’t supposed to be. Our southern border indicates where we are headed if we don’t take action.

Normalizing crime is the order of the day. Cartel activity flows freely between our border cities. I refrain from even calling them American cities at this point since they much more resemble cities in Mexico. Our National Guard stands at the banks of the Rio Grande with unloaded guns and watch Mexican smugglers load up rafts, which they then help unload onto American soil. Makeshift processing centers appear within the hour so border patrol can process migrants as quickly as possible and funnel them to the city of their choosing.

Many women and young girls are raped on their journey here. There is even a tree where smugglers hang the bras and panties of their victims. Girls as young as eight and ten years old are raped, little girls as young as two are preyed upon by men looking for kids to claim as their own when reaching our soil. Our law enforcement have their hands tied, there is little they can do to mitigate what is happening when stand down orders come from the top levels of our government. Their frustration is palpable.

During my ride along with La Joya police, we watched cartel scouts roam around the city freely. When I asked how this was possible, the answer was simple: The scouts have the money to buy the best lawyers out there and Mexican cartels are well versed on American laws. Foreign adversaries and invaders have exploited American laws for decades, and profits incentivize American lawyers, non-profit organizations and civil rights advocates to happily come to their defense. Remember, the American government is very powerful; it isn’t that they don’t have the capacity to enforce our laws - our government simply isn’t interested in doing so. The American government has a long history of working with terrorist organizations in order to achieve what they want. A strong, robust middle class stands in the way of needing a welfare state. A mass population of poor, uneducated people demands a welfare state. A welfare state empowers the government by expanding its budget and control over people dependent on its programs. The cartels simply supply America with its new underclass.

Sadly, Americans also stand down to the invasion. Sympathy and compassion prohibits the American people from defending what is theirs, and in doing so we have all signed up to live a more impoverished life so our successes don’t offend those who don’t have it. Deep in the American psyche lives some sort of manufactured shame, which keeps us from resisting this catastrophe foisted upon us by leaders we don’t even like. Somewhere along the way we were deluded into believing that taking in the world’s poor would make us stronger. “Diversity is our strength,” is a poisonous mantra repeated over and over in America.

The antidote to this disease is the working and middle class of this country. It is off of our sweat and hard work that these well funded and coordinated efforts to undermine our country exist. The American people still have the power to reverse what is happening, although that window is closing quickly. Do the American people have what it takes to do so? Will they be able to stomach being called a racist, nativist, or white nationalist because they dare to defend their way of life? Will they support measures to end birthright citizenship, freeze NGO’s, repatriate illegals and hold those who help break our laws criminally responsible? Will they support the USA’s exit from the United Nations, end chain migration, halt worker visas, and support a rigorous program to assimilate foreign nationals? These are just some steps we must consider taking against the invasion.

Anyone living the daily border crisis will tell you that the most compassionate action we can take as a nation is to close our borders and fix our system. Just like online school classes woke up moms across America, I hope this invasion wakes up those who still believe in our country and are willing to stand up for it. The future belongs to those who are willing to do what it takes to regain control over our nation and shape this country into a force to be reckoned with for centuries to come. It is time for action.
