Are there any good Democrats left now? If you are like me, your first reaction might be, “No! They are all rotten, every last one of them!” But we should always (unlike the Left) want to be fair and just, so let’s stop and consider the question a little more deeply.
The answer actually hinges upon the definition of “good.” Ultimately, “goodness” comes from God; it flows from His very nature. As Jesus said to the rich young ruler, “Why do you call me ‘good’? There is no one who is good but God.” The standard of goodness is God and that is the standard by which all matters should be judged. Of course, that isn’t what most people do. But it’s still the true, absolute canon.
The problem is, as Jesus said, there’s nobody who is really “good,” not when compared to God. So, when we ask the question, “are there any good Democrats,” we must consider the relative nature of human “goodness.” “Good” and “evil” do exist.
There are people who call themselves “Democrats” who do some “good” things. This is undeniable. They aren’t all totally 100% evil. They are nice people and, at times, perform good deeds. My sister, for example, is a very sweet lady, and she will do just about anything for anybody. However, she usually votes Democrat, and here a line is crossed. But, from the simple definition of occasionally doing “good” things for people, many Democrats are “good.”
But, from another perspective, no one who votes for any Democrat is doing a “good” thing. My sister may be a “good” person in many ways, but she's doing a very “bad” thing by voting for Democrats. People who believe in abortion, same-sex marriage, transgenderism, who believe in mutilating children, adultery, fornication, and pedophilia—these are not good people. Politicians who let criminals abuse citizens on city streets and defend terrorist thugs—such people are about as far from “goodness” as a human being can get.

So, in that crucial sense, Democratic politicians are certainly not “good” people, and anyone who votes for them can lay no claim to “goodness” because they're voting for policies that are about as evil and ungodly as humans can concoct. Voting for Joe Biden is voting for an evil person. Democratic Party voters do a “bad” thing because they support politicians who preach and legislate evil things that destroy true “goodness.” Democratic politicians are evil, and voting for them is an evil thing to do.
The critical issue America is currently facing is that the modern Democratic Party is totally controlled by the radical atheistic, Marxist Left. The party leadership is dominated by that extremely evil element. That group runs the Democratic Party. Now, as I recently wrote in a column, there still exist a lot of “common, everyday” Democrats, like my sister, the JFK, LBJ, FDR “traditional” Democrats. I never agreed with them, either, at the time, but they weren’t these horrible, decadent, perverted gargoyles who mutilate children or support men who claim to be women. The Democratic Party has left that “traditional” element of its party and succumbed totally to the evil, radical, godless Left. RFK, Jr., is not JFK and he isn’t even close. No Democratic politician today is.
The current Democratic Party political leadership, controlled by the AOCs, Pelosis, and Schumers, are radical, degenerate, Marxist Leftists. Biden, of course, who is a very weak man, has totally caved to them. He didn’t grow up that way. Less than 2 decades ago, Biden said that abortion should be rare and safe, and that marriage is defined as between a man and a woman. Biden said those things. He was raised as a “traditional” Democrat. But he cannot say such things today and be selected to represent or “lead” the Democratic Party. The party is now pure evil, not “good,” and anyone who votes for any of them, regardless of anything else they do, does a very “evil” thing.
Modern Democratic Party Leftism is rooted in Darwinism, Marxism, naturalism, materialism, i.e., atheism (more on this soon in coming columns). It is a reprobate, licentious, anti-God, anti-Jewish, anti-Christian, thus anti-traditional American movement. That is the modern Left. That is their ideology. That is their religion. And that ideology now controls the Democratic Party. Unless a person submits to this ideology and its evil, godless leadership, they will never get elected as a Democrat. “Good” Democrats need to understand that. Their party has changed and been taken over by radical, atheistic Leftists.
That movement is trying to move, not just the Democratic Party, but all of America—all the world—to the Left, away from American traditionalism, towards this globalist, licentious, atheistic, ever-changing, ever-evolving, no moral absolutes vision of “utopia.” They want to shift the country in that direction as quickly as possible. And they are having great success in doing so.
The ultimate problem is, when there are no moral standards, no absolutes, then there is no place to stop. That’s why we’ve continued to see these radicals drift farther and farther left into the most heinous actions that would have been utterly unthinkable a generation ago. That’s the cost of an ever-evolving moral standard, that might say, “Well, right now, THIS is wrong,” but tomorrow, it won’t be. For the Left, morality will always change, because they believe in an ever-evolving, ever-changing, godless universe.
And people who vote for that are wrong to do so, not doing a “good” thing for themselves or mankind. The AOCs, Pelosis, etc. who now control the Democratic Party and make its policy, are not good people. They are pure evil. Why would any “good” person want to vote for them? Well, because they hate Donald Trump. Hate isn’t “good,” either.
To all Democratic Party voters: if you can’t vote for Trump, please just don’t vote. Don’t vote for evil. It makes you evil, too.
