CNN Anchor Shocked to Find Out About Bernie Sanders Writing About Women’s Rape Fantasies

Michael Bloomberg presidential campaign adviser Tim O'Brien held nothing back in his criticisms of Democratic frontrunner Sen. Bernie Sanders (VT) and for his past writings regarding women fantasies and cancer.

While the former New York City mayor is not the frontrunner, he has been a heavy targets for his rivals, as it was seen on full display during the debate in Las Vegas. This has lead Sanders to enjoy remaining relatively unscathed. O'Brien explained to CNN on Tuesday Bloomberg has a much better record when compared to Sanders.

"Bernie has all of this loopy stuff in his background saying things like, you know, women get cancer from having too many orgasms or toddlers should run around naked and touch each other’s genitals to insulate themselves from porn," O'Brien said.

Anchor Alisyn Camerota was shocked to be hearing what O'Brien was stating.

"Why has this stuff not been more surfaced? He has written about women’s rape fantasies. That hasn’t been surfaced. That’s the loony side of Bernie," he said. "The policy side of Bernie is he has not been good on immigration, he has not been good on criminal justice reform, he was an avid backer of the ‘94 crime bill, he is bad on guns, bad on immigration. And as a legislator, as a member of the Senate, I think he’s only sponsored seven pieces of legislation, two for post offices in Vermont."

O'Brien was referring to an essay Sanders wrote for Vermont Freeman, an alternative newspaper, in 1972. He had previously tweeted a video reporting on the contents of the essay.

NPR explained Sanders larger point was about traditional gender roles helping create troubling dynamics in men's and women's sex lives. Sanders' essay does not claim women get cancer from too many orgasms.
