It's been delayed. And delayed. And delayed. But, when the report from Inspector General Michael Horowitz into the Russia investigation finally does arrive, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) predicts it will be a frightening document for the Department of Justice.
"I believe the Horowitz report will be ugly and damning," Graham said on Fox News on Sunday.
"Every time you turn around you find something new," Graham added. "Mr. Horowitz is doing a very in-depth dive."
One of the things Graham hopes that Horowitz discovers in his dive is how the FBI managed to obtain a FISA warrant to wiretap Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, a private citizen. Especially considering they were relying on an unverified dossier written by former British spy Christopher Steele. The FBI sought the warrant because they were reportedly concerned that Page had "collaborated and conspired" with Russia.
Attorney General William Barr pledged to get to the bottom of it, and hopefully find some of those answers Trump supporters have demanded.

This is a great step forward in figuring out how the Obama administration and Comey’s FBI abused FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.
Graham also wants to know whether or not President Barack Obama knew of the alleged FISA abuse. He's determined to declassify as much of the report as possible.
"I want it all out, I want people to see how off the rails this investigation got, and I want people to be held accountable, and I am patient," he said. "I'm not in a hurry to do it, I want to do it right."
