It's Been 49 Hours With No Biden Announcement

Despite oodles of reports published roughly 49 hours ago suggesting that Vice President Joe Biden would be making his decision regarding a 2016 run in 48 hours, there has been no announcement yet from the Biden camp.

Either:

A) The "confirmed" reports were wrong

B) Joe Biden is not operating on Eastern Time or cannot properly tell time
