WATCH: Family of Slain Border Patrol Agent Javier Vega Jr. Demands Justice

The family of Border Patrol Agent Javier Vega Jr., who was murdered last weekend by two illegal immigrants in front of his family while fishing off duty, is demanding the suspects face justice in the United States for their crimes. At least one of the men had been deported four different times before killing Vega.

Speaking to Fox News' Neil Cavuto yesterday Agent Vega's sister-in-law, Natalie Vega, expressed concerns about the men posing as a flight risk should they be deported back to Mexico.

"We are afraid that they are going to be deported back to Mexico and not face trial here in the states," Vega said. "Very suspicious that that maybe once they are deported that nothing's going to come of it and they're just going to be released and a tragedy like this could happen to somebody else's family."
