Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) has had the gruesome twosome come to her aid: Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). It’s the anti-Semite defense league because the two have defended her prior when she was peddling anti-Semitic tropes that caused heartburn for her leadership and provided President Trump with the ammunition he needed to attack the Democrats for being anti-Jewish. Omar has run the gauntlet when it comes to winning the idiocy’s MVP award. The ‘all about the Benjamins’ tweet about Jewish organizations and money and then smearing supporters of Israel as exhibiting dual loyalty all created a massive headache for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. That migraine is bound to return. For now, Omar decided to weigh in on the 9/11 terror attacks, which she disgustingly referred to as an event where “some people did something.”
Yeah, like Obama, she can’t call out radical Islamic extremists. I don’t think the ‘she’s too dumb to know what she’s saying; defense, which was deployed over the anti-Semitism fiasco, is going to work here. Frankly, it didn’t work during that episode either; Omar has lived here for nearly 25 years. She’s been educated here. The dual loyalty smear is one of the oldest anti-Semitic talking points. Maybe she just hates Jewish people. It’s not an unfair assessment.
The New York Post rightfully took her to the woodshed over her remarks, which were uttered at a CAIR event last month. And yes, CAIR is alleged to have terror ties. And no, Omar, it wasn’t created after 9/11. It was created in 1994, so that’s just the cherry on top of her trash speech. The Post’s front page simply had the infamous shots of the terror attacks that left nearly 3,000 Americans dead with the headline “here’s your something.” It was a brutal haymaker. It was righteous. And Ocasio-Cortez is triggered (via NTK Network):
“Printing on the front page to circulate all around New York City an image that is incredibly upsetting and triggering for New Yorkers that were actually there and were actually in the radius, that woke up one morning or were in their schools and didn’t and didn’t know if they were going to see their parents at the end of the day,” Ocasio-Cortez began, “to elicit such an image, for such a transparently and politically motivated attack on Ilhan, we are getting to the level where this is an incitement of violence against progressive women of color.”
“If they can’t figure out how to get it back to policy, we need to call it out for what it is. Because this is not normal, and this not a normal level of political debate or rhetoric,” Ocasio-Cortez added.
Yeah, suck it up, cupcake. You dish it out as well. What is it now? You just can’t handle it? Omar’s remarks were total garbage. Radical Islamic terrorist thugs attacked us. They murdered our citizens. There’s no way to polish this turd. She said something despicable. She disregarded the pain of the families of the victims. This is another example, the other being the Green New Deal, that the far left lives in the twilight zone. They hate Jewish people and they don’t call out Islamic extremism. It seems these folks and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps should be Facebook friends, huh?
