Watch: Rex Tillerson Be Sworn In As The 69th Secretary Of State

Earlier this evening, Rex Tillerson took his service oath administered by Vice President Mike Pence to become the 69th Secretary of State. Earlier this afternoon, the U.S. Senate in a 56-43 vote confirmed Tillerson. All 52 Republicans voted for him. Three Democrats, Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Mark Warner (D-VA), and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), along with Sen. Angus King (I-ME), who caucuses with the Democrats, broke ranks to vote for Tillerson.
