Watch: Rex Tillerson Be Sworn In As The 69th Secretary Of State

Earlier this evening, Rex Tillerson took his service oath administered by Vice President Mike Pence to become the 69^th Secretary of State. Earlier this afternoon, the U.S. Senate in a 56-43 vote confirmed Tillerson. All 52 Republicans voted for him. Three Democrats, Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Mark Warner (D-VA), and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), along with Sen. Angus King (I-ME), who caucuses with the Democrats, broke ranks to vote for Tillerson.
