Watch: Secretary of Defense James Mattis Sworn In at the Pentagon

Secretary of Defense James Mattis was sworn in on Friday at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.  Vice President Mike Pence ordered the oath and President Donald Trump addressed the Department of Defense after the short ceremony.  

"Mattis is a man of honor, a man of devotion, and a man of total action. He likes action," Trump said.
