Jody Jones, one of President Trump's guests at the State of the Union on Tuesday, criticized Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for ripping up her copy of the speech after Trump was finished.

Jones' brother Rocky was killed by an illegal immigrant who had been deported twice before. He was released by California after being arrested despite not being a citizen because of the state's sanctuary law SB54.

Jones was asked what his reaction was to Pelosi ripping up the speech in protest on "Fox & Friends" on Wednesday.

"It felt like she ripped our hearts out. Everybody there, all the guests, we couldn’t believe it. I don’t care how you feel about somebody. That was probably the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen in my life. Because, when she did that, it just tore us up. We couldn’t believe it," Jones said.

Rocky Jones' name — along with the name of Army Staff Sgt. Christopher Hake, who was killed in Iraq by a roadside bomb supplied by terrorist leader Qassem Soleimani — was on the paper Pelosi had ripped up.

"First of all, let’s do away with the S.B. 54. I don’t care how you feel about somebody. Think of other people and the others involved, please. Because what you did was very disrespectful. And it really ripped our hearts out," Jones pleaded directly to Pelosi.
