Trump To Keep Tweeting During Presidency

Donald Trump will remain an active Twitter user throughout his presidency, incoming White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer confirmed in an interview on Monday. Spicer, speaking to a Rhode Island TV station, said that he thinks Trump's use of Twitter will be a "really exciting" part of Trump's presidency.

Trump has previously said that he'd be "more restrained" on Twitter if he were to be elected president. Since Trump's election, he has used the social network to call the United Nations "a club for people to get together," to call for an increased nuclear arsenal, and to provide commentary on current events. President Barack Obama has also used Twitter, both on the @barackobama account (with tweets from him signed with "-bo") and on the @POTUS account.
