Hillary Clinton's Wikipedia Page Hacked, Replaced With Pornography

Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's Wikipedia page was hacked on Wednesday and replaced with a graphic, NSFW picture of a woman's anatomy, along with a message that voting for Clinton will trigger a nuclear war and will enable Bill Clinton to rape people. A user named "Meepsheep" took credit for the edits.
