Former "Brat Pack" member Molly Ringwald may be a skilled actress, but her geography skills need some work. Late Wednesday night, Ringwald tweeted a picture of herself with Texas State Senator Wendy Davis, and endorsed Davis for governor...of Houston.

Davis announced her campaign for governor of Texas on October 4. Davis is best known for her 11-hour filibuster against a bill that would restrict abortion in Texas.
While celebrities have endorsed candidates for ages, they usually manage to correctly identify the location and office that the candidate is running for.
The capital city of Texas is Austin, not Houston. Annise Parker is the current mayor of Houston.
