RNC Chairman Unloads on "Unprofessional Display" of CNBC, Moderators

Boulder, Colo. - If you watched tonight's GOP presidential debate held at the University of Colorado and hosted by CNBC, you may have noticed the moderators acted more like a Democrat attack team than journalists asking questions about policy.

Shortly after the debate ended, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus took to the spin room to slam the outlet, saying the network should be ashamed of their performance.

"I was proud of our candidates for standing up to a pretty hostile environment. I was very disappointed in the moderators. I'm disappointed in CNBC. I thought maybe they would bring forward a pretty fair forum here tonight but I think it was one gotcha question, one personal low blow after the other," Priebus said. "All I can tell you is that while I'm proud of our candidates for pretty much sticking together, I'm very disappointed in the moderators and I'm very disappointed in CNBC."
