There are several, "what were they thinking?" picks, but my personal issue is with Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight." I know it's a gorgeous song, but somehow, the thought of putting my drunky man to bed after a party-- no matter how sweet his slobbery sentiments-- just doesn't do it for me. I know that's blasphemy to some, but it's always bugged me.

"Moon River," Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer. I understand the lyrics were written by Mercer about the Savannah River in his hometown-- Savannah, Ga. I've visited Mercer's grave in Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah. His gravestone is a bench for folks to sit on while they enjoy the Spanish moss, muggy air, and water view of one of the South's most beautiful cities. If you ever get a chance, and that kind of thing doesn't creep you out, I highly recommend it. I go by Bonventure every time I'm in Savannah:
