Court Says Clean Air Act Includes EPA Ability to Regulate Green House Gases

Apparently as a human being, breathing out Carbon Dioxide, aka a "green house gas" actually can be regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency according to a new court ruling.

In a surprisingly sweeping win for the Obama administration, a federal appeals court said Tuesday that the EPA is “unambiguously correct” in its interpretation of the Clean Air Act when it comes to regulating greenhouse gases.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit dismissed or denied all petitions challenging the EPA in the massive case, Coalition for Responsible Regulations v. EPA.

The court backed the EPA’s finding that greenhouse gases are a danger to the public health and welfare and its subsequent regulations of auto emissions. The court also ruled that none of the groups challenging the agency have the legal standing to challenge rules that the EPA subsequently issued to minimize the burden of complying with the greenhouse gas regulations.

This is really bad news. This ruling essentially gives the EPA unchecked powers to regulate pretty much anything they see as a "green house gas" through the Clean Air Act which will further kill the economy and cost billions. What produces "green house gas?" Here's a short list:

-Humans

-Animals, specifically cows

-Cars

-Trucks

-Factories

-Tractors

-Driving

-Running

-Walking

-Living

-Drinking

-Eating

-The production of basically everything

-Etc.

I'm waiting for the day when the EPA kills all the CO2 and then implements some new regulation so the plants stop dying from a lack of...CO2.
