I'm sure we could all have highlight reels of our conversational gaffes, but part of the downside to being president (you know, the job where you hang out with celebrities all the time) is that your gaffes can often have national, or, in some cases, international repercussions.
We've got this recent Obama gaffe on the economy:
"The private sector's doing fine." (Uh, no it isn't.)
And this recent one on "Polish death camps," which really ticked off Poland:
