Obama: My Biggest Failure - No Immigration Reform!?

Katie and Guy discuss two different aspects of the President's tougher-than-he-ever-gets interview with Univision.  As Katie noted, Obama now finds it impossible to effect the change he promised "from the inside" (by all means, Mr. President, we invite you back "outside" come January 2013).  Guy notes his preposterous claim that protecting diplomats and embassy security is his #1 priority (c'mon -- we all know #1 is getting reelected, followed closely by #2 - golf and then #3, hobnobbing with celebrities).

I'd like to point out a different aspect of the interview:

Later in the hourlong forum, Obama was asked what has been his biggest failure as president. He did not hesitate.

“As you remind me, my biggest failure is that we haven’t gotten comprehensive immigration reform done,” he said. "So we’re going to be continuing to work on that."

Are you kidding?! We've got millions of people unable to find work -- or underemployed -- a skyrocketing deficit, escalating foreign crises, lower household income than during the recession and demonstrated ineptitude in our security overseas . . . and his biggest failure is not passing an immigration package?

You heard it here, America. Joblessness? Economic crisis? Iran steadily marching toward nukes? Forget about it. If Obama's reelected, he's going to worry about passing immigration "reform" -- just like he ignored the economic crisis last time, and pushed for health care "reform."
