Kash Patel Just Shamed Senator Sheldon Whitehouse for Failing the People of Rhode Island

Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, who is a member of a whites-only beach club, took to X to criticize FBI Director Kash Patel. The FBI is being sued by former agents who were fired; they investigated President Trump and his handling of classified documents, and are demanding their jobs back, and Whitehouse couldn't resist bringing this up.

Of course, law requires that Patel — like all FBI Directors — not fly commercial. Whitehouse knows this, of course. But Patel doesn't need us to defend him against Democratic attacks. He does a perfectly good job of that on his own.

These achievements include 40 arrests for violent crimes last year, an eight percent increase. The FBI seized more than two kilograms of fentanyl, which could kill more than 160,000 people (one-tenth of Rhode Island's population).

The FBI made 404 arrests as part of the Summer Heat initiative and identified or located 27 missing children. They also recovered dozens of weapons and even more drugs. And the Safe Streets Task Force arrested 17 gang members, fugitives, and drug traffickers.

One drug trafficking arrest got seven criminals off the streets on drug and firearms-related charges, and the FBI recovered.

Imagine if Whitehouse cared as much about fighting crime in Rhode Island as he does about scoring political points.
