This Georgetown Professor Has a Nasty Message for Those Concerned With Islamic Rape Gangs

I'm old enough to remember the Me Too movement — that sweeping, irrational, and hypocritical fad that once enamored the Left right up until it was no longer politically advantageous for them. In the decade since the height of that movement, the Left has shifted away from Me Too and the concept of enthusiastic consent and into a more totalitarian approach on issues.

We see this explicitly in the Left's embrace of trans activism and its systematic erasure of women's sports, safe spaces, and gendered language, as well as their demand that women be forced to accept mentally ill men into their locker rooms, lactation groups, and even their rape-crisis centers and hospital wards. While they violate our right to privacy, those men threaten us with job losses, violence, and even death.

But it's also rearing its ugly head in the Left's continued embrace of Islam. Under Islam, women have no basic rights. Young girls are subject to genital mutilation and marriage to much older men while they are still prepubescent. In Europe, Islamist migrants who are caught raping women tell the courts they did so because they come from countries where women are seen as slaves, both sexual and otherwise, who don't have equal rights with men. In Spain, the government imported the Islamists who raped Noelia Castillo Ramos in a state-run group home, and then they refused to punish them. Traumatized, Noelia tried to end her life and wound up paralyzed. Spain killed her last month, calling her murder "death with dignity." In Germany, a 16-year-old girl's rape was not reported to authorities because it would harm the Muslim boys who raped her.

And in the U.K., the nation has been in the midst of a years-long grooming gang scandal that saw countless British girls raped, assaulted, abused, and harassed by Islamist men. The government believes that the real crime here is not the sexual abuse of vast swaths of British women and girls, but the "racism" and "Islamophobia" of the people who rightly point out that Islam is incompatible with the West.

But that mentality is not isolated to the U.K., sadly. Here in the U.S. one Georgetown professor , Jonathan Brown, has a very blunt message for anyone who dares criticize the Islamic sexual assaults of women: "Get over it."

This in and of itself is breathtaking in its callousness, but it apparently isn't new for Brown. In 2017, Brown came under fire for his assertion that it's not "morally evil to own somebody."

"I don't think you can talk about slavery in Islam until you realize that there is no such thing as slavery," Brown said. "As a category, as a conceptual category that exists throughout state and time trans-historically, there's no such thing as slavery."

"But it's not possible to say that slavery is inherently, absolutely, categorically immoral in all times and places, since it was allowed by the Quran and the Prophet," Brown reportedly wrote.

When it comes to the concept of sexual consent, Brown said, "And it's the consent of that autonomous agent that makes a sexual action acceptable ... If you take away the consent element, then everyone starts flipping out. At that point, then you get rape, you get sexual acts done by people that are too young – we perceive as too young to consent. And these are sort of the great moral wrongs of our society ... For most of human history, human beings have not thought of consent as the essential feature of morally correct sexual activity. And second, we fetishize the idea of autonomy to the extent that we forget – again, who's really free? Are we really autonomous people?"

Brown then connects those dots, saying that if women are slaves, "their owner can have sex with them."

I am appalled, but I am not surprised. Like all good Leftists, Brown believes that anything that isn't White, Western, or Christian is inherently good and must be embraced, while all those aformentioned things are inherently evil and worth being destroyed.

"They were the wrong race of girls rаpеd by the "right" race and religion of immigrant men ... so these people don't see it as bad, no more that the Muslim rаpе gangs did. Both groups think, in their heart of hearts, that those girls deserved it. They were White, they were oppressors. So that's what they get. This man reaches the same conclusions as Muslims," Keneinan wrote.

He's also reportedly funded by the Saudis.

And his father-in-law is a convicted terrorist.

Yes. His father-in-law is Sami Al-Arian, who was deported to Turkey in 2015 after being accused of providing material support to the US-designated and Iran-backed terrorist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Brown's wife, Laila Al-Arian, is a journalist for the Muslim Brotherhood propaganda outlet Al Jazeera.

From Europe to the United States, the pattern is the same: Islamic crimes minimized, victims ignored, and anyone who speaks up told to stay quiet, "get over it," or accused of being a racist Islamophobe. We cannot, should not, tolerate this capitulation to Islam, neither from the Islamists themselves or the Leftists who enable, champion, and encourage them.
