Illegal Immigrant Accused of Heinous Crime Released Into the U.S. Under Joe Biden

An illegal immigrant who was charged with raping and sexually assaulting a disabled person was reportedly let into the United States under President Joe Biden’s watch.

Rigoberto Hoyos-Alban, an illegal alien from Columbia, was caught by Border Patrol agents in Texas last November, but he was released from their custody.

In March of this year, the illegal immigrant was arrested in Rhode Island by agents for sexually assaulting someone who is handicapped. However, the local jail where he was being held overlooked the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer on him and let him go.

“Rigberto Hoyos-Alban has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of assault against a person with a severe mental handicap,” ICE official Todd Lyons said. “This is not the type of individual we want walking the streets of our New England neighborhoods. ERO Boston will continue to prioritize the safety of our public by apprehending and removing violent noncitizens from our communities.”

He has since been charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of felony assault on a mentally impaired person.

Biden announced an immediate executive order this week that bans illegal immigrants from receiving asylum in the case that the southern border is overwhelmed. Two days after issuing the measure, the border has seen mass crossings.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) denounced Biden’s so-called “plan” to stem the flow of mass illegal immigration, calling it a “joke.”

Even if Biden actually enforced it fully (which he won’t) it would still allow close to a million people a year to cross illegally ON TOP OF the 10 million he has already allowed in over the last 3 years,” Rubio wrote on X.
