Florida state Rep. Anna Eskamani (D) declared it is "disinformation" to point out her hypocrisy when it comes to accepting the results of an election after a popular meme account juxtaposed two of her tweets.
The first tweet is from 2018, when she shared an article and stated, "'Rigged witch hunt'... the only thing rigged in this was the 2016 presidential election."
The second tweet is from this year. "More Than 1 In 2 Americans Will Have An Election Denier On The Ballot This Fall. This isn’t funny — it’s dangerous."
When Twitter account Defiant L’s made a graphic of the two tweets side by side, she lashed out.
"I must be doing something right when conservative accounts start trolling with disinformation memes. Appreciate y’all for at least using a nice picture of me lol."

Both of Eskamani's tweets are real and they can still be found on her account. Her response prompted a Birdwatch tag on her tweet, which let users know the graphic made by Defiant L’s is not disinformation. Other users on Twitter pointed out how ridiculous it was for her to claim disinformation when she knows it is not the case.
