Someone is lying. The whole ruse is falling apart. It’s been falling apart for quite some time, but now the process has accelerated. The Mueller report and the Department of Justice Inspector General reports delivered kill shot to the Russian collusion delusion that the liberal media has peddled for over two years, along with the document from which this whole circus originated: The Trump dossier.
This notion that we’re dealing with legions of liars isn’t new. The whole Trump-Russia collusion myth was held up by lies. The exoneration of ex-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn shows how far these liars were willing to go. It was pretty damn far. It’s disturbing. The FBI was out to get Flynn at all costs. With the DOJ formally dropping the case now that new documents show he was a victim of a malicious FBI, the hunters have become the hunted. The anti-Trump deep state’s antics are being exposed—and they’re not happy about it. How did Flynn become the target of an FBI entrapment plot? Well, it was the phone calls he had with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
In the end, the DOJ said, in their motion to dismiss, that the FBI had no basis to interview Flynn as part of a counterintelligence probe or any federal investigation because the evidence was not there. The Logan Act angle was laughable trash, and even the FBI agents who spoke with Flynn felt he didn’t lie to them. This was a witch hunt. And yet, Obama held key meetings in January of 2017, prior to him leaving office, with the expressed goal of trying to hide and/or prevent the incoming Trump administration from finding out about their spy operation. Obama knew, and his marching orders to protect the investigation bore some rather expansive and large-scale operations into violating the rights of American citizens. Obama knew about Flynn and these phone calls. But spy czar, James Clapper, said that he didn’t brief Obama on the calls, yet disgraced FBI officials James Comey and Andrew McCabe say otherwise (via The Federalist):
Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper testified to Congress in July of 2017 that he never briefed then-President Barack Obama on the substance of phone calls between Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak and incoming National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. Accounts from fired former Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) executives James Comey and Andrew McCabe, however, directly contradict Clapper’s claim under oath that he never briefed Obama on the conversations between Flynn and Kislyak which were used to justify Flynn’s ouster as President Donald Trump’s top foreign policy adviser.
The identities of the Obama administration officials who were aware of the calls between Flynn and Kislyak have become a key question in the investigation of U.S. attorney John Durham to determine whether any laws were broken during the course of the Crossfire Hurricane probe of the Trump campaign. The substance of those calls, which is classified at the highest levels, was leaked to multiple Washington Post reporters in early January in order to create a pretext for the FBI to interview Flynn. Handwritten documents from Bill Priestap, the FBI’s top counterintelligence official at the time, show that FBI officials wanted to use the calls and their interview of Flynn to “get him fired” as Trump’s national security adviser.

During congressional testimony on March 2, 2017, Comey said Clapper himself briefed Obama on the phone calls ahead of a pivotal Oval Office meeting about the matter between Obama, then-White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice, Comey, and then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.

“And then I briefed it to the Director of National Intelligence, and Director Clapper asked me for copies [redacted], which I shared with him,” Comey continued. “In the first week of January, he briefed the President and the Vice President and then President Obama’s senior team about what we found and what we had seen to help them understand why the Russians were reacting the way they did.”
In his book, McCabe told a similar story and pegged Clapper as the official who briefed Obama about the Flynn calls.
James Clapper, who could end up as a prime suspect in John Durham's hunt for the illegal leaker of the Flynn-Kislyak calls, says he never briefed Obama about them ahead of a key Oval Office meeting. But both McCabe and Comey said Clapper did. Who's lying? https://t.co/xmsV0GlBoF

The publication also pointed out what some might have forgotten, which is that in 2013, Clapper straight up lied in a congressional hearing about the National Security Agency spying on Americans. His excuse is that he didn’t know what he was being asked when he said the NSA doesn’t collect phone records of millions of Americans “wittingly.” When people get desperate, the knives come out. The Durham probe, which is looking into how this Russian collusion circus became a federal nightmare, is ongoing. With Flynn in the clear, we need to yank Comey, McCabe, and the rest of the FBI clowns involved back to the Hill for more questions. Yes, FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were involved as well. The entire Mueller probe should be reviewed as well, as it appears the FBI tried to use the special counsel investigation to give some aura of credibility and legitimacy to cover up the bureau’s insanely stupid mistakes during their Russia investigation. A lot of heads should roll. Let’s see if they do.
