Kathy Griffin Gets Diarrhea, Blames Trump for Not Testing Her for the Wuhan Coronavirus

Kathy Griffin was recently hospitalized after experiencing "UNBEARABLY PAINFUL symptoms" that landed her in the "COVID-19 isolation ward," the 59-year-old comedian lamented on Instagram. According to the comedian, despite her pain, she could not be tested for the Wuhan coronavirus because of the "CDC (Pence task force) restrictions."

Griffin's husband, Randy Bick, told the Los Angeles Times that Griffin began experiencing "mild stomach issues" after returning from a trip to Mexico.

"Two days later,” Bick said the comedian "woke up very early in the morning and had incredibly intense pain, vomiting, diarrhea, every 20 minutes."

The couple went to the hospital on the advice of a doctor and Griffin received a chest x-ray and an abdominal CT scan. Her lungs were found to be clear, but the comedian was diagnosed with a gastrointestinal infection.

"The doctor was going through the boxes and going through the boxes [on a questionnaire] and she kept saying, like, ‘Ugh, because of the lungs, the fever and the kind of cough ... you don’t meet the CDC requirements,’” Griffin told the LA Times. The report said Griffin was given the option of being admitted to the hospital but decided to "self-isolate" at home after consulting with health care staffers.

Based on Griffin's own account, it sounds like she wasn't given a test for the Wuhan coronavirus because it was determined she likely did not have the coronavirus. She received an x-ray, which showed her lungs to be clear, and the abdominal CT scan revealed the likely source of her symptoms: a stomach infection.

But Kathy Griffin should be tested for Trump Derangement Syndrome. One of the main symptoms of TDS is the patient blames the president for everything, even their diarrhea.
