During an interview on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-KY) blasted Democrats for failing to believe that Hunter Biden is a key witness in President Donald Trump's impeachment trial.
“Real quick. I have two questions for you real quick. Number one on Hunter Biden. If you do not call Hunter Biden as a witness this time around, if you don’t get to witnesses, what will you do?" Bartiromo asked. "You talked about an independent counsel before.”

"Right. Well, if Hunter Biden is not relevant now, then you're just blinded by partisanship," Graham said. "They said there is not one scintilla of evidence the Bidens did anything wrong in the Ukraine. They said it's been debunked. By who? Nobody has looked at this."
Graham reminded the American people that Special Counsel Robert Mueller dug into President Trump's life when his campaign was accused of colluding with Russia.
"Not one person has looked into what Joe Biden and Hunter Biden did in the Ukraine. And if you can find one scintilla of evidence, not a herd of scintillas, just one, their whole case collapses," he said. "I think the defense will present evidence that there are real legitimate concerns."

Once the impeachment trial is over, Graham said he would launch an independent investigation into the Bidens and their actions in Ukraine.
"We will do oversight of the Bidens to give the vice president the scrutiny the president has had regarding the Ukraine that has yet to be had," he said.
