Original Story:
A video from a reception at Buckingham Palace appears to show Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and French President Emmanuel Macron, among others, mocking President Trump, although he is not mentioned by name.
The leaders seem to be unaware they were being filmed.
"Is that why you were late?" Boris asked Macron, laughing.

Trudeau then jumps in to say “he was late because he takes a 40-minute press conference off the top,” an apparent reference to Trump’s unscheduled press conference with journalists earlier in the day.
“You just watched his team’s jaws drop to the floor,” he added.

During the impromptu press conference, the president made remarks on the impeachment inquiry and had a testy exchange with Macron over taking ISIS fighters.
“I have not spoken to the president about that — would you like some nice ISIS fighters?” Trump said when asked about ISIS fighters from European nations who were imprisoned in Syria. “I can give them to you, you can take every one you want.”
“Let’s be serious,” Macron responded, before discussing that the priority should be to get rid of ISIS.
“This is why he’s a great politician, because that’s one of the greatest non-answers I’ve ever heard. And that’s OK,” Trump quipped.
