Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) torched House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) during President Donald Trump's rally in Monroe, Louisiana on Wednesday night. According to Kennedy, Trump has made remarkable strides for Americans and Pelosi's response to the president's success is to impeach him.
"In three short years, President Trump has doubled the growth in the greatest economy in all of human history," Kennedy said. "And you know what our Democratic friends have done for him? Speaker Nancy Pelosi is trying to impeach him."
As soon as Kennedy mentioned impeachment, the crowd booed heavily.
"I don't mean any disrespect but it must suck to be that dumb," he concluded to a thunderous applause.
Democrats can't argue with Trump's success. Just look at his record-low unemployment rates for African Americans and Hispanics. Even Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez struggled to explain how 2020 Democrats can compete with Trump on that front.

For the first time in generations, Americans are actually feeling like the economy is booming. They have more money in their pockets, thanks to tax cuts. People are starting to have confidence that the economy will stay strong. In fact, most companies have said they struggle to find people to fill open positions.
Democrats don't know how to beat Trump so what do they do? They resort to a bogus impeachment inquiry. And we all know they had impeachment plans since before Trump was even sworn in. For more than two years we heard Adam Schiff (D-CA) tell us Russia collusion happen and guess what? Their hand chosen prosecutor, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, failed to deliver them their "smoking gun." He found that no collusion took place. Now they're trying to say Trump engaged in quid pro quo for suggesting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky investigate Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, for corruption. After all, Hunter was being paid $50,000 a month to sit on the board of a Ukrainian gas company despite having no natural energy experience. Oh, and his dad was handling international relations with Ukraine on behalf of the Obama administration. Coincidence? I think not.
And Kennedy is absolutely right. It must suck to be dumb enough to buy into these shenanigans.
