Impeachment Inquiry: Adam Schiff Finally Releases Testimony Transcripts

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, in conjunction with a number of other Democrat Committee Chairs, has released transcripts of closed door testimony given by U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch and former Ambassador Michael McKinley. Their testimony is part of the Democrats’ “impeachement inquiry.”

In the transcripts, Schiff and his colleagues claim information shows President Trump used his position and abused his power for personal and political gain. President Trump and senior White House advisors have repeatedly and forcefully refuted this assertion.

“As we move towards this new public phase of the impeachment inquiry, the American public will begin to see for themselves the evidence that the committees have collected,” Democrats released in a statement.

Up until this point, Schiff has selectively released information from closed hearings to paint President Trump and members of his Cabinet as corrupt. Many publicly available opening statements from witnesses have refuted his claims. Schiff has also barred Republicans from hearings.

Yovanovich’s testimony can be read in full  here. And McKinley’s here. They are both lengthy.
