As you know by now, CNN host Chris Cuomo had a run in with a heckler this week. It was filmed, the man doing the instigating called Cuomo "Fredo" from the Godfather, to which the host responded by threatening to throw him down the stairs. He also said he would "f*cking ruin him" and claimed the term "Fredo" is the equivalent to the n-word for Italians (this is not true).
A reminder of what happened:
President Trump took notice of the dispute this morning and didn't hold back when asked about the issue by the traveling press pool.
"I think that what Chris Cuomo did was horrible. His language was horrible. He looked like a total, out-of-control animal. He lost it. And, frankly, I don’t think anybody should defend him because he spews lies every night. So I don’t know why anybody would defend him. But Chris Cuomo was out of control. I watched it. I thought it was terrible," he said. "So I don’t know who’s defending him. Maybe they didn’t see it. Maybe they haven’t gotten a full picture. But I think anybody that would have seen Chris Cuomo would have said that was a disgrace. You’ve never seen me do that."
Trump went further, suggesting Cuomo is too angry to own a firearm.

Would Chris Cuomo be given a Red Flag for his recent rant? Filthy language and a total loss of control. He shouldn’t be allowed to have any weapon. He’s nuts!

Meanwhile, Cuomo issued the following on Twitter earlier today.
Appreciate all the support but - truth is I should be better than the guys baiting me. This happens all the time these days. Often in front of my family. But there is a lesson: no need to add to the ugliness; I should be better than what I oppose.
