BREAKING: Netfix HQ, Local News Station On Lockdown; UPDATE: Suspect In Custody, All Clear Given

UPDATE

The person taken into custody was a former Netflix employee who allegedly told others he had a gun. The lockdown has been removed.

UPDATE

A journalist has been posting on Twitter, keeping people up-to-date. Although LAPD says the person has been taken into custody, Norlian said they have yet to receive the all clear.

ORIGINAL POST

The Netflix Headquarters and KTLA-TV in Los Angeles, California was placed on lockdown not long ago. The police received word that a person with a "deadly weapon" was on the lot. 

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Tony Im said the person was taken into custody, KTLA-TV reported. It remains unclear if the person was actually armed when taken into custody. 

It is unclear whether or not the lockdown has been lifted.
