As if things couldn't get any worse in Northern California, the areas ravaged by the Camp Fire are now seeing flash flooding and potential mudslides, something that is common in burn areas.
The Butte County Sheriff's Office has issued mandatory evacuation for specific areas of Paradise and Chico:

An evacuation order has been issued for Honey Run road from
200 block to Skyway including Horse Run Lane due to flooding.#ButteSheriff
Firefighters are working multiple reports of flooded roadways and stranded vehicles on Honey Run Road and lower Skyway. In addition, Highway 99 is closed at Neal Road due to flooding. Officials advise avoiding these areas and never drive over a flooded roadway.

The National Weather Service in Sacramento had a flash flood warning for the Camp Fire area until 3p.m.
