Longtime Clinton Adviser: She’s More Likely to Win The Powerball Than Run Again

Rumors have been circulating that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (D) would run for president (again) in 2020. Now, her longtime political advisers are doing everything in their power to put that flame out.

“She’s more likely to win Powerball,” Philippe Reines, Clinton’s longtime adviser told The Hill.

According to confidants close to Clinton, there's nothing to indicate another presidential run. There are no internal discussions. They aren't ramping up the number of staffers she has. Not only that, but the number of Democrats who hope to run against Trump in the general election is expected to be a rather large crowd.

Around this time in 2014, donors were lining up before her candidacy was even announced. The "Ready for Hillary" SuperPAC was established and staffers were coming on board in preparation for a campaign launch.

Those who are close to Clinton say she wants to help the Democratic Party out but she's not prepared to run, The Hill reported.

People have wondered if she was going to launch another presidential campaign after her and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, launched a 13-city speaking tour called "An Evening With the Clintons."
