Is Trump Now Leading a 'Democratic White House?'

As we try to figure out whether White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon resigned or was fired, his supporters are reportedly saying that Trump is now left with a Democratic administration.

Some Republican lawmakers are also worried about yet another abrupt administration change.

These worried Republicans are likely concerned that Trump's closest confidantes in the White House now consist of his daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner, who serves as Trump's senior advisor, for they are anything but conservative. Other Trump staffers, including Trump's Economic Council Director Gary Cohn, are lifelong Democrats.

Earlier this week, Bannon gave a controversial interview with the liberal outlet The American Prospect, where he both threatened his White House enemies and contradicted President Trump's foreign policy.

Still, Trump had defended Bannon as late as Tuesday, calling him a "good man."

Rumors are now circulating that Bannon is set to return to Breitbart. No matter where Bannon ends up, former editor-at-large at Breitbart Ben Shapiro predicted on Fox News Friday that the now ex-chief strategist is plotting revenge.
