Here's What the Shooter Once Posted About Scalise on Facebook

Facebook was quick to deactivate the profile of James Hodgkinson, the man who opened fire on Republican lawmakers Wednesday morning during a congressional baseball practice, but not before a reporter found at least one post directly related to Majority Whip Steve Scalise, who was critically injured in the attack.

As Christine reported, Hodgkinson, a supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders and Democratic socialism, had also posted about President Trump before, labeling him a “traitor” who “destroyed our democracy.”

On occasion, the shooter also used Twitter to post political messages in support of Sanders and against Trump.
