Two Illegal Aliens Charged With Raping 14-Year-Old Girl At a Maryland High School

Last week two illegal aliens in Rockville, Maryland were charged with raping a 14-year-old girl at a local high school. One of the suspects hardly speaks English and has only been in the United States for eight months.

Despite being of age for typical juniors or seniors in high school, the suspects are in 9th grade.

WUSA 9 has the horrifying details (bolding is mine):

Jose O. Montano, 17 and Henry E. Sanchez, 18 of Aspen Hill were both charged with the rape of the female Rockville High School student.  They are both being charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offense.

Montano and Sanchez are in the 9th grade at Rockville High School.

A judge said they were dangerous and flight risks due to the fact they have only been in this country for a couple of months. Montano came to the U.S. from El Salvador. Sanchez came here from Guatemala. The judge said Sanchez had an "alien removal case" pending.

This case raises all kinds of questions. Why are illegal aliens allowed to attend public schools? Were these students vetted before being allowed to attend public school? Do these students have criminal records in their home countries? Etc.

Just south of Rockville in Alexandria, VA, police have been battling violent Salvadorian gang MS-13. The majority of MS-13 members are illegal aliens and have been convicted for a number of murders in the area over the past year.
