UN Holds Emergency Meeting Regarding Iran's Missile Test

The United States was granted its request that the U.N. Security Council hold an emergency meeting Tuesday regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran's latest ballistic missile test.

The U.S. Mission to the United Nations demanded that the UN’s most powerful representatives talk about Sunday’s launch of a Khorramshahr medium range ballistic missile.

The action would be a direct violation of the UN resolution and would go against Barack Obama's "Iran Deal" filed in 2016.

Israeli U.N. Ambassador Danny Dannon said that the UN should “act immediately in response to these Iranian actions which endanger not only Israel, but the entire Middle East.”
