Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of the key architects of Obamacare, made an appearance on The Kelly File Wednesday night as healthcare premiums around the country exponentially spike for a sixth year in a row thanks to the law. First, some context about the current state of Obamacare and the cost of healthcare for Americans forced into the government mandated program:

During the interview, Kelly corned Emanuel on the issue of rising costs and a lack of young, healthy people in the Obamacare system. She also played clips from a 2014 interview where he claimed the exchanges would become a "stable marketplace" to buy insurance. His response to the law being in shambles and on the verge of collapse is as predictable as it is ridiculous: It's the fault of Republicans.
